After losing his brother and uncle to knife crime Michael Muldowney set up a grass roots community organisation to help lead young people away from knifes and to provide opportunities for them. As part of this he las launched ‘Lives Wyth-Out Knives’ to help educate young people on the dangers of carrying blades. Here he talks to Clare Byfield about these projects, an upcoming knife amnesty event at Woodhouse Park Lifestyle Centre and about his own tragic experience.
